These terms apply when you buy from shahikadam.com. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email or phone. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Products
We photograph our footwear as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Because our shoes are finished by hand, small variations between pairs are normal and are not defects.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after the payment clears.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Our content
The Shahi Kadam name, logo, product photographs and site content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
