What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We need these to pack your order, deliver it, and contact you if there is a problem with it.
When you browse the site, our server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is ordinary web server activity and is not used to identify you personally.
If you create an account, we store the email address and password you choose. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by us.
Payment information
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. If you pay by bank transfer, the only record we keep is the payment reference you send us.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your shopping basket working and to remember you if you log in. Without them the basket cannot function. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site will stop working if you do.
Who we share it with
