Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in New Karachi.
Delivery charge
A flat delivery charge of Rs 199 applies to all orders across Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How long it takes
- Karachi: 1 to 2 working days.
- Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.
Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times can run longer during sale periods and around Eid.
How to pay
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. For bank transfer, order details and account information are shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you. Orders paid by transfer are dispatched once the payment shows in our account.
Tracking your order
We will contact you on the phone number given at checkout once your order is on its way. Please make sure the number you enter is reachable, as couriers call before delivering.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.
