How do I know which size to order?
Measure your foot and check it against our Size Guide. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. You can also message us your measurement and we will advise.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. We do not take card payments on the website.
How much is delivery?
Rs 199 anywhere in Pakistan. See the Shipping Policy for timings.
How long will my order take?
1 to 2 working days in Karachi, 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unworn and in their original box. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Pakistan only.
Are the shoes handmade?
Yes. Our footwear is finished by hand in Karachi, so small variations between pairs are normal.
How do I look after them?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and let them dry away from direct sun or heat. Do not put them in a washing machine.
